Spiritual Healing

All of us are made up of three general components - our mind, our body and our spirit. When we are unwell, these components are attacked and weakened, draining us of both physical and emotional strength. Spiritual Healing is a way of treating a person as a 'whole', ensuring that these three components work in unison with each other. This will allow the physical body to draw energy more efficiently from around us and give it the very best chance of becoming well again.

Spiritual Healing does not wildly claim to be a cure all, but if a healing session can ease some pain, or give the strength of mind to cope with an illness, then remarkable results can often be seen. Within the scope of the physical and spiritual laws that govern us all, the possibility of healing can come in varying degrees, up to a complete 100% recovery.

When Spiritual Healing is administered, many report they experience great 'warmth', which seems to penetrate the whole body. There are nearly always reports of being aware of an inner strength which seems to benefit the entire physical, spiritual, mental and emotional self. As all this happens, it seems to bring a wonderful sense of inner calm.

Regular sessions of Spiritual Healing will maintain the balance of energies, and one way of achieving this is to participate in Helen's Absent Healing programme. On a first consultation, Helen offers a 'Spiritual Assessment' (rather like a medical doctor offers a diagnosis) addressing the recipient as a whole, assessing what Helen can 'spiritually feel' is causing the body to be unbalanced. Helen achieves this by 'seeing' the problem areas within the organs, muscle tissue, bone, blood stream, nervous system, etc. and also by assess the size, shape, colour and density of the aura and the activity around the chakra points. Also Helen at all times relaxes the recipient into the correct receptive condition to receive the deep Spiritual Healing energies. Helen will be direct in explaining what the reasonable expectations are from the healing sessions. The healing will be administered in a concentrated 'hands-on' manner, where the open hands are placed on or slightly above the body at various points.
