| What is Absent Healing?
Absent Healing is a term used for receiving Spiritual Healing when the healer is not present with you. Absent Healing is very useful as you can participate almost anytime and anywhere.
Please do not underestimate the power of Absent Healing as physical and emotional positive change can be as dramatic as if the healer was with you in person.
To enable you to obtain the very best results from your Absent Healing, Helen has published below a step-by-step guide for you to follow. Your individual progress with the Absent Healing sessions will only be as successful as the time and commitment you offer to it.

Every day, at 10.30 pm GMT, Helen has a Global Healing Meditation for all the members who have registered onto her Absent Healing list. Helen suggests that all members who are registered for Absent Healing join in at that time if they can, in addition to their own individual sessions.

How to achive the best results from your Absent Healing
You can carry out your Healing in any appropriate place where you feel warm, comfortable, secure and relaxed.
- Choose a time when you know you will be free from distraction. I suggest you allow yourself 5-10 minutes in the morning and also in the evening.
- If you feel that you would like to listen to music, choose a piece that is relaxing and play the same piece each time. You may even time your Healing session by the length of the piece of music.
- As you begin to settle down, you will notice how steady your breathing becomes. Slowly take 3 deep breaths: breathing in through your nose - hold for 2 seconds - and then out through your mouth.
- While you continue with your normal steady breathing, allow your mind to empty of all the day-to-day thoughts and just drift to your own special place. A special place where you know you feel most relaxed and comfortable.
- As you continue to enjoy this feeling of comfort, allow the whole of your body to feel heavy and relaxed.
- Allow that relaxed and secure feeling to completely fill your whole body, from the tips of your toes to the ends of your fingers.
- You may decide to focus on something or allow your eyes to comfortably close, if you have not already done so.
- After a short period of time, in your mind, respectfully ask for the Healing to be given.
- While you continue to relax, the Healing will start to happen quite naturally.
- As you relax even further, enjoy all this Healing time you have given for yourself.
- Allow the Healing to continue for all the time you have allocated.
- When the Healing session is nearing completion, slowly become aware of the muscles in your body. You might wonder whether you will be aware of the muscles in your hands and arms before your feet and legs, or vice versa.
- If closed, open your eyes and focus on your surroundings.
- Each time you successfully complete your Healing, there is no need to consciously wonder what changes have happened, just rest assured that positive changes have happened and will continue to happen.
Now this Healing session is complete, continue your day with a renewed sense of improvement and look forward to the next Healing session. |
